We’re delighted to announce that Killowen Contracts has been appointed to the NHS Shared Business Services Hard Facilities Management 3 Framework.
The appointment represents an important milestone in our continued growth, strengthening our position and creating new opportunities to deliver facilities maintenance and associated works across the healthcare and wider public sectors.
Building on our established experience delivering construction, refurbishment and maintenance works within complex, live healthcare environments, this framework provides an opportunity to bring our expertise to clients across the sector.
Andrew Knapton, Director at Killowen Contracts, said:
“Being appointed to the NHS Shared Business Services Framework is a significant step forward for Killowen Contracts and reflects both the strength of our team and our growing capability within the healthcare and maintenance sectors.
It provides an exciting platform to build new relationships and deliver the high standards of quality, safety and service that our clients have come to expect from Killowen Contracts.”
Andrew attended the NHS Shared Business Services Framework launch event in Birmingham this week (6th October), marking the beginning of this next chapter for Killowen Contracts.
Launching on 20th October 2026, the Framework will support long term estate transformation incorporating net zero sustainability targets through a flexible commercial model. Our dedicated Framework team will provide regional delivery and improved supplier relationship via continuous improvement, smarter use of resources, greater systems value and stronger long-term impact ultimately providing better patient outcomes.
We look forward to building on our healthcare experience and exploring the opportunities the framework will create for our team and our business.
