We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the refurbishment of the McAuley Building at the Mater Hospital Belfast, delivered on behalf of the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust.
The project involved the complete replacement of the building’s rainscreen cladding system, including the subframe, membranes and insulation, significantly enhancing the building’s thermal performance, weather protection and energy efficiency while extending the lifespan of this important healthcare facility.
Delivered within a fully operational hospital environment, the project required careful planning, close collaboration with hospital stakeholders and a phased programme of works to ensure essential healthcare services continued with minimal disruption throughout construction.
This project reflects Killowen Contracts commitment to delivering high-quality construction solutions in complex, live environments.
We’d like to thank the Belfast Health & Social Care Trust, our project partners and our dedicated site team for their collaboration and professionalism throughout. We’re proud to have delivered another project that will benefit healthcare staff, patients and the wider community for years to come.
