The new Hollywood Bowl at The Boulevard, Banbridge, is now open, bringing a major new family leisure and entertainment offering to the popular retail destination.
Killowen Contracts was appointed to deliver the enabling works package, preparing the existing retail unit for its transformation into the new 23,000 sqft venue.
The completed Hollywood Bowl features 21 ten-pin bowling lanes, including four VIP lanes, alongside a Bandai Namco amusement arcade and pool tables.
The new venue forms part of Lotus Property’s wider £9m investment in The Boulevard, expanding its leisure and entertainment offering and supporting the destination’s continued evolution into a day-to-night attraction.
Working alongside Lotus Property, Hollywood Bowl and the wider project team, Killowen Contracts is pleased to have played a role in facilitating the successful transformation of the space at The Boulevard.
