Killowen Contracts is proud to announce the successful completion of the refurbishment at Chestnut Grove Care Home in Belfast. This comprehensive upgrade of the Eastern Wing has enhanced the living environment for the 44 residents this step-down facility serves.
Our scope included extensive structural modifications – reconfiguring layouts and bedroom spaces to create new ensuite facilities that significantly improve resident dignity and comfort. We managed complex M&E upgrades, relocated plant infrastructure, and installed a new 2000L cold water storage system, along with updated foul drainage throughout both ground and first floors.
This project, completed in October 2025, required precision planning and coordination to minimise disruption while delivering lasting improvements to this essential health and social care facility.
