We were delighted to welcome participants from the Belfast City Council Construction & Scaffolding Academy to our Staycity Aparthotel project in Belfast city centre recently.
The visit gave the group a chance to see scaffolding and construction operations up close, offering a real insight into how a busy site operates day to day. It’s always great to give people entering the industry an opportunity to experience a live project and learn from those working on site.
A huge congratulations to all the participants who successfully completed their COTS (Construction Operatives Training Scheme) training.
The academy provides valuable industry training, including Health & Safety, CSR and CISRS accreditation, along with employability and interview skills to help participants take the next step in their construction careers.
