Conversion of an existing building and external yard to create Murdock Builders Merchants’ first-ever Murdock Home Centre at The Junction in Antrim.
The project involved the extensive transformation of the existing structure into a modern, full-service builders merchants facility, incorporating a fresh retail-focused space specifically designed for DIY enthusiasts and homeowners alongside traditional trade services.
Works included the complete internal fit-out of the building and the development of a new external yard area to support operational requirements. The facility now provides local customers with convenient access to building supplies, expert advice, and an enhanced product range.
Completed in October 2025, the project is one of several that Killowen Contracts has undertaken at The Junction, further strengthening our retail / commercial construction portfolio in the region.
