Completion of the enabling package for this flagship project at The Junction Retail and Leisure Park in Antrim. Our works on the 110,000 sqft new Dobbies Garden Centre project included alteration and reconfiguration of various retail units within retail park to accommodate the new garden centre. The project was completed over 40 weeks including demolition and alteration works, structural changes, construction of a new atrium, timber and metal cladding along with internal walls and siteworks.

The project represents one of Dobbies largest retail lettings in the UK and Ireland in recent years and is the largest Dobbies store in Ireland and one of the largest in their UK portfolio.
