Killowen Contracts Ltd has been awarded Lot 3 of the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust’s (SEHSCT) Term Service Contract for the provision of maintenance and minor works packages.
The framework, valued at up to £10 million, will run for an initial three-year period with the option of a one-year extension, commencing this month.
Under the agreement, Killowen Contracts will deliver building maintenance and minor works packages across Downe and Lisburn Hospitals, as well as associated community sites throughout the Trust’s estate.
The appointment builds on our established track record within these facilities, where the we have developed a strong presence in recent years. The new framework will allow Killowen Contracts to further strengthen our relationships with the Trust while maintaining the high standards of delivery we have become known for.

The contract scope encompasses responsive maintenance and planned minor works, ensuring critical healthcare infrastructure remains operational and fit for purpose.
