Hollywood Bowl at The Boulevard – Enabling Works, Banbridge
Enabling works package for the new Hollywood Bowl at The Boulevard, Banbridge, supporting the transformation of an existing retail unit into a 23,000 sqft family entertainment destination.
The new facility features 21 ten-pin bowling lanes, including four VIP lanes, alongside a Bandai Namco amusement arcade and pool tables, creating a significant new leisure offering at the popular retail destination.
The project forms part of Lotus Property’s wider £9m expansion of The Boulevard, enhancing its leisure and entertainment provision and supporting its evolution into a day-to-night destination for visitors.
Our enabling works prepared the existing space for its transformation and subsequent fit-out, working alongside Lotus Property, Hollywood Bowl and the wider project team to facilitate the successful delivery of the new venue.
The completed project further demonstrates Killowen Contracts’ experience in delivering enabling works within existing commercial environments and supporting the transformation of spaces for new leisure uses.
