Term Service Contract for the provision of maintenance and minor works packages across Downe and Lisburn Hospitals and associated community sites throughout the Trust’s estate.
The contract scope encompasses responsive maintenance and planned minor works, ensuring critical healthcare infrastructure remains operational and fit for purpose.
Commencing in October 2025, the framework will run for an initial three-year period with the option of a one-year extension.
