Reboot Café – Queen’s Social and Wellbeing Gaming Hub, Belfast
Significant reconfiguration and remodelling of former Speakeasy Bar at 92-96 Lisburn Road to refurbish the interior space as a new Social and Wellbeing Gaming Hub for both Queen’s University students and members of the public.
The ground and first floors of the former Speakeasy Bar were revamped over an 18-week contract duration and included full fitout and specialist M&E works. Other works included graffiti artistry, flooring, furniture, network cabling, lighting and audio-visual works.
The space has been transformed into a state-of-the-art gaming facility and alcohol-free café, providing retro arcade games, a board gaming suite, top-tier games consoles from Nintendo, Playstation, and Xbox, plus VR sets and a state-of-the-art Esports Centre.
