Killowen Contracts Ltd has been appointed by Park Centre, Belfast to complete works to existing retail units to provide new tenant space. The £200k project will involve demolitions, internal reconfiguration, external fabric repairs and site works with completion due in June 2019.
Killowen Contracts Ltd has been appointed by M Nugent Ltd to complete all builders work associated with the Ventilation & Theatre Refurbishment at the Royal Victoria Hospital Belfast. The £450k contract will be completed over a 6 month period.
